This article discusses how technology has changed the way recruiting teams approach talent acquisition by drastically cutting the time it takes to process and source applicants. In addition to the benefits technology provides, however, the author illustrates the importance of maintaining a human face in the recruitment process. Without the balance of both humanity and technology, organizations run the risk of lowered employee engagement and diminished applicant experience.
