LinkedIn has introduced new features to enhance the job-seeking process. Using AI technology, LinkedIn is now able to provide a more personalized experience. One feature includes showing job seekers how they compare to other applicants in terms of skills, education, and experience. Another feature provides salary insights for LinkedIn Premium members on job postings where no salary information is specified. Users can now also become more informed about the company they are applying to by accessing company videos. Currently, 30% of the job listings on LinkedIn have used the feature of posting promotional videos. Furthermore, LinkedIn has begun testing automatic tracking of application history on the platform.
