Recent research conducted by a leading recruitment software provider indicates that many organizations are having difficulty effectively managing their candidate pipelines. Roughly one-third (32%) of recruiters reported not having any automation solutions in place to help manage candidates, leaving them to rely on manual methods such as spreadsheets and emails. As a result, there is significant time, effort, and cost burden associated with the process. Moreover, the lack of automation and associated data is leading many recruiters to make decisions that negatively impact their recruitment teams financially. The research also suggests that not having the right technology in place can lead to lower quality hires. Organizations need to ensure they have the technology and processes in place to effectively manage their candidate pipelines and ensure maximum returns on their recruitment investments.
