Companies are expected to shift from crisis response to growth mode, focusing on talent acquisition. Most respondents (58%) in the Enterprise Talent Acquisition Sentiment Study, which surveyed 540 companies, plan to invest in recruitment technology. Tools to manage remote hiring, onboarding, and work are also expected to be heavily invested in.
