A recent study has revealed that most companies are not meeting the performance targets their sourcing strategies set out to achieve. Out of the 88% of respondents that reported using some kind of sourcing strategy, only 58% stated that they had achieved the desired outcomes, with 28% seeing limited results. The research suggested that the biggest areas of improvement lie in the fields of candidate engagement, database technology, resource allocation, and team coordination. The study also shed light on the fact that companies that have successfully achieved their strategy goals are those who actively and rigorously measure their performance.
